1.when the cold car starts, do not walk with the car

After the vehicle stops driving overnight, the oil will flow back to the oil pan because of the action of gravity. After starting the engine, the engine should idle for about one minute to establish the oil cycle, so that the floating bearing of thesuperchargercan be fully lubricated before starting to drive. This can reduce the hard wear of floating bearings at high speed and extend the service life.


2.Do not flameout immediately after high-speed operation

In the same way, theturbochargerat work when the speed is very high, immediately after stopping at high speed, oil supply suddenly interrupted, at this time due to the inertia of the supercharger is still rotating at high speed, the oil in the floating bearing will soon be worn dry, so as to cause damage to the floating bearing. The correct approach is to idle at least one minute before flameout, in order to protect the floating bearingof the supercharger. Do not turn off the throttle after blasting one foot.


3.Oil and filter element can not be careless

The operating environment ofturbochargerengine is harsh, so the requirements for oil are relatively high. When choosing oil, it is best to use and replace it according to the viscosity and level required by the manufacturer. Filter element, not to mention, must use the products of the factory, if the use of fake and shoddy filter element, once there are impurities into the turbocharger bearing chamber, it will cause damage to the floating bearing of the turbocharger, serious time lead to the rotor holding the turbocharger scrap.


4.The quality of air filter also affects the supercharger Whether the air filter is normal will also be related to theturbocharger, because theturbochargeris generally floating bearing structure, the seal of the bearing chamber mainly depends on the pressure difference on both sides, if the air filter replacement is not timely, it will cause the intake vacuum degree becomes larger, at this time the pressure difference on both sides can not be established will lead to theturbochargerstring oil. In practice, many times the supercharger string oil isbecause of this problem, a lot of card friends to replace the string of oil supercharger may just be blocked or fake air filter caused by.In another case, the sealing of the pipeline connecting the air filter and the compressor must be kept intact. If there is damage or a gap in the connection, it is equivalent to the air filter failure, and dust or particulate matter enters the pipeline. The wear of supercharger impeller is aggravated, and the large particle object encounters the high-speed rotating impeller, which will directly damage the impeller andlead to the scrapping of supercharger.


Therefore, the air filter should also be replaced in time, and the intake pipe should also be checked frequently to ensure the good sealing of the pipeline.
