Turbine Housing-7001

It collects Exhaust gasses from an engine and directs it through a volute (passage) which drives the shaft wheel assembly of a turbo causing it to spin

Compressor Housing-7002
It  clean air is collected and compressed before being forced into the engine

Actuator-7003
It acts as a pressure relief valve that controls the boost output of your turbo, diverting excess exhaust gases away from the turbine wheel. This controls the speed of the turbine, preventing it from over-speeding, and regulating the speed of the compressor.

Nozzle Ring-7004
By directing exhaust gases onto the turbine blades in an optimal way, the speed and torque of the turbine can be maximized.

Turbine Wheel & Compressor wheel-7101&7102
The turbine wheel uses the waste exhaust gases to drive the movement of the compressor wheel, compress the air, and then send it into the intake manifold

Back Plate/Seal Plate-7103&7105

It avoids the air from compressor end and the gas from turbine end leaking to the bearing bore of the bearing housing.

Bearing Housing-7104
It links the turbine and the compressor and can cool down the heat transferred from the turbine.

Heat Shield-7107
Keeping heat inside the turbine housing helps the turbo build boost faster and can reduce turbo flutter or chatter when throttling your race car.

Thrust Collar&Spacer-7108
Prevent the shaft from drifting in the axial direction and to transfer thrust loads applied on the shaft.

Journal Bearing-7109
Hold the radial position of the rotor in rotating machinery, transmitting the weight and radial forces from the rotor to the stationary structure.

Thrust Bearing-7111
Turbocharger turbine shaft thrust bearing is the role of high-speed rotating turbine to withstand the axial force generated by the turbine shaft and a part of the axial position. Fixed on the intermediate thrust bearing on the two sides and both sides of the ring, respectively, relative sliding.

T&C position ring-7112&7113
Prevent liquid or gases from passing between two housing or from leaking outside into the atmosphere.
